A. L. MILTON
After graduating from the University of Florida and working with an area contractor for a number of years, A. L. Milton began his own construction business in 1981. He is an active member in the Marion County Builders Association and has had an entry in its annual Parade of Homes since 1982, gaining awards and recognition for his work on several occasions. Al was the MCBA’s Builder of the Year in 1991 and is a past president of the organization.
Al is a parishioner at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church and enjoys golf, motorcycles and mountain biking in his spare time. He and his wife Sue have a son and twin daughters.

BOB GODBEE
Project manager Bob Godbee has extensive experience in the industry gained from 42 years with some of the most recognizable firms in the state. Bob, a graduate of the University of Miami, has overseen the construction of over 2,500 homes in his career. Bob currently serves on the board of directors of both the Marion County Builder’s Association and Florida Home Builder's Association.
Bob and his wife Vicki have two daughters and four grandchildren.

SALLY BOON
A native Miamian, Sally Boon attended Miami-Dade Community College and the University of Miami. As a repeated multi-million dollar producer, a real estate teacher and leader, Sally was named "Outstanding Realtor" and has been actively involved over 40-plus years in the custom home building and developing industry.
Upon moving north to make her home in Ocala in 1999, she joined A. L. Milton to serve as a new home consultant Husband Ray stresses that this is not her job: “This is her hobby…she has always been an over-achiever with a passion for being a part of building beautiful homes with a team of co-workers that strive for the very best.”
Sally and Ray have two sons and four "perfect" grandchildren.

CHRIS MILTON
Chris Milton joined the company in January of 2006. He schedules and supervises jobs in the field as well as assisting with estimating and permitting tasks.
Chris graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University in 2003 and lives with the two women in his life - wife Lindsay and dog Aubrie. He enjoys golf, the outdoors, college football and Atlanta Braves baseball.
